Shipping policy

Our standard processing time is Monday through Saturday. To ensure smooth manufacturer parcel shipping of goods, please review the following policies:

  • Merchandise is delivered through a variety of national or regional carriers such as, but not limited to FedEx, UPS, DHL, or other ground carriers. 
  • Merchandise is shipped ground, and can take from 7-14 business days to be received for standard shipping. Expedited shipping will occasionally be offered for an additional charge. Express shipping options, and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.
  • You will be notified via email confirming your purchase after your order has been placed. You will then receive an additional email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. This typically takes 24-48 hours after your order has been placed, but may be longer. 

Wrong Address Disclaimer 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times. If any error(s) was made during your checkout, there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at info@arraeculmir.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. For more information on how to return your order, please refer to our return policy. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

Delivered, But Not Received

All of our shipments include a Tracking Number with Delivery Confirmation.

If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received the item(s), please check with the shipment carrier first. If the issue can not be resolved with the shipment carrier, please contact info@arraeculmir.com for further investigation.  

We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
